Supportive psychotherapy for established clients undergoing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
I provide depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults over 30—including entrepreneurs, high-stress professionals, artists, creatives, and people of color—who are navigating complex inner worlds, creative desires, business vision, and personal ideals while managing demanding external pressures. Many of my clients are working through intergenerational trauma, grief, identity, creative blocks, performace anxiety, and the emotional cost of ambition. They seek support around self-care, psychological integrity, boundaries, and emotional regulation.
Creative individuals and entrepreneurs often hold worldviews that diverge from mainstream expectations, which can lead to feelings of isolation or disconnection. That loneliness can obscure vision, dampen ideals, and make it harder to sustain momentum. In our work together, we make space for complexity—honoring both the depth of your lived experience and the possibility of growth and clarity.
My approach is consistent and stable, grounded in psychodynamic, developmental, and attachment-based frameworks. I bring a multigenerational and intersectionality-informed lens to treatment, helping clients explore how family, culture, class, race, and migration histories shape present-day struggles and strengths.
I integrate EMDR, trauma-informed care, and expressive therapies (ETC-based art therapy) to support the healing of PTSD, mood disorders, and complex trauma. My work is also informed by a commitment to social justice, exploring how systemic factors like racism, classism, and sexism affect mental health.
Therapy is held weekly for 50-minutes via secure telehealth. I work exclusively with private-pay clients and do not accept insurance or offer out-of-network billing.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Support
I provide psychotherapy, education, and integration support for my long-term clients who are exploring or engaged in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through licensed medical providers. I do not administer or prescribe ketamine, but offer trauma-informed, attachment-based support to help clients prepare for and process their experiences safely and meaningfully.
This service is available only to current weekly psychotherapy clients who have worked with me consistently for at least six months. I believe KAP is most effective when integrated within a stable, trusting therapeutic relationship and guided by long-term psychological insight.
Clients with trauma histories or complex internal landscapes may benefit from added structure and guidance throughout their ketamine journey. I work with clients to clarify intentions, prepare context, and process material in a way that aligns with their personal growth, values, and long-term healing.
I completed training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Global Summit (2022) and continue to integrate this perspective into my ongoing clinical work.
